Royal Jordanian will take delivery of its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft in August with a further four to be received by the end of the year. The Royal Jordanian Dreamliner will have a total capacity of 270 seats, with 24 full flat seats in ‘crown class’ and 246 seats in economy. The 787 Dreamliners are expected to gradually replace the airline’s current fleet of Airbus A340s and A330s. Royal Jordanian pilots will start training to fly the 787 in May, taking a one-month course at the Boeing Campus at Gatwick in London. Source : Gulf News
