@Royal Oaks Wellness is looking for a part-time front desk staff member with the potential to become full-time within 90 days. We are a health and wellness clinic focused on a high standard of patient care, service, and support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the following characteristics, who is willing to carry out such duties as noted below. Characteristics: You must be a people person. You must be dependable and punctual. You must be willing to learn and be able to apply the information that you learn. You must have a professional appearance. You must practice a healthy lifestyle. You must have basic computer skills. You must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Duties and responsibilities: Engage patients on a daily basis by phone, email, and in person. Schedule patient appointments. Handle administrative tasks. Be flexible in your assignments and job responsibilities. You will occasionally be asked to work on the weekend. This averages 4-6 times per year. You will be asked to work outside of the clinic at marketing events.
