OOA 6:50 pm of jan 23,15 a shootng inc trnsprd at kaumpurnah z-2, isabela city. invst cndctd dsclsd that prior to the shootng inc victim idntfd as Najal Ibno y Adil, 21/m & res of said place, was having a heated altercation w/ a certain Marvin (suspct) an alleged drug pusher of maluso mun, bas prov near the house of the suspct, after about 2 hrs suspct returnd & shot the victim twice, victim sustained 2 GSWs & was brougth to hospital and was declared DOA by the attendng physician. rcvrd frm crime scene 1 empty shell of cal. 45. suspct fled towards unknown dirctn after the inc.
