Rudy B. Update: Little dude is still peeing like crazy. The baby diapers are working like a charm, though, so theres that. Christmas Eve was the 2-week mark after bladder surgery, and I texted my vet to say Rudy was still peeing a LOT. So today I picked up some Baytril (antibiotic) and a bag of Royal Canin Urinary food for him at the vet, and we will start that regimen momentarily. But I just read the bag, and it says, Increasing the urine volume simultaneously reduces the saturation of urine with calcium oxalate and struvite crystals. Sooooo..... I dont think Rudy will have bladder stones again, but the phrase increasing the urine volume doesnt give me goosebumps of joy. We shall see. But I love my dog, so... whatever it takes. Whatever it takes!
