Rufus update: Well, talked with the vet. It is a mast cell tumor, grade 2 :( There was some good news, the tumor appears to have slowed in growth, the cells are less active, replicating much slower than the 1st sample taken a few weeks ago. After much discussion about his age, blood pressure, anxiety issues and his obvious I need to lose a few pounds, his dr agrees that we can put off surgery at this time. Instead, we will be going with a new cancer drug and holistic treatment for the next month. We will see how he is then and go from there... Thank you all for loving and praying for my baby
