Rufus was very distressed by having more bloods taken, usually he isnt phased by going to the vet but today I think he just had enough. The vet nurse who did it this time said they have never ever lost a blood sample before. Wish it hadnt happened to our Rufus. Anyway, his weight has dropped a bit since Friday, he is now 2.34kg rather than 2.4kg; doesnt seem much but he is such a little cat... cant help but worry :( Hopefully the thyroid result will be back some time tomorrow and then we will know where we are; either he needs thyroid meds, in which case he will have to be on them for at least a week before he has his teeth sorted, or he doesnt which will mean they can do the dental straight away. Such a lot of messing about for an elderly little puss in a lot of pain :(
