Rugers ability to be calm and relaxed is getting stronger and stronger and hes able to stay calm in more and more high distraction situations. Im a big believer that the inherent reward of not feeling anxious and stressed out is the big win for otherwise anxious dogs, but I also know that they love the affection that can come their way from humans. If youve got an anxious dog, teaching him to be calm -- when nothing is happening and when chaos ensues -- is the biggest help you can give.
