This may be true - as I waited 51 years to be a mom and being Peters mom is an awesome identity into which I have leapt with both feet. But I also feel fairly secure in my personal and work identities as I approach 60 - so Im thinking that whatever issues there are - all of my multiple roles in life right now are adventures and Im enjoying them and adequately dealing with the challenges.
