Rumour Mongering To Protect Fyup After congress had been comprehensively defeated in the national elections, congress groups in DU are resorting to desperate measures to retain their relevance. Congress is notorious for trying to first create fears amongst vulnerable groups like minorities and then thrive upon such fears. Congress groups in du also are trying , like parasites, to survive on fears of ad hoc teachers. The ndtf wishes to categorically state that it is for immediate regularisation of all ad hoc teachers through regular selection processes. The demand for roll back of fyup is not at all linked to halting of regularisation process. In fact congress groups are serving the cause of their handlers, the university authorities ,who are trying to somehow protect fyup. These groups are known to be collaborators of authorities and at latters behest have devised a strategy to link regularisation with fyup. The ndtf demands that ad hoc teachers who have worked for long durations in different colleges must be regularised in their respective colleges. Some congress leaders on the other hand are going around claiming that owing to their closeness with them, the university authorities are making appointments out of list prepared by such leaders. We all must resist ousters of ad hoc teachers who have worked for long in their respective institutions.
