When the husband suddenly passed away, they quickly foreclosed on the widow, which was expected because she could not afford it on her fixed income. But not only did foreclose, after she voluntarily walked away, and left the home in good condition, they came back a few months later and sued her for the deficiency. While we had good defenses because of the con game they pulled on her and her husband, we after fighting for a year, decided to walk away. They now harass her constantly, and are forcing her to come back to court to testify about why she cannot pay the deficiency. It is a blatantly evil and corrupt organization and attorney Gary A. Hansz, of Simon Attorneys, does there every bidding. Be certain no one you know does business with them.
