Run, hide, fight. I like to see this video from time to time, that way IF I am in a situation like this one, my mind will react by running, hiding and/or fighting. In a crisis you mind immediately looks for past experiences or memories, seeing a video give your mind a quick response when confronted with life or death situations. At public places train your self to look at where the exits are, make it as a game that way may help you not to be a victim. God Holy Spirit at times alerts me to change my route.
