Runner Runner Review: Pretty bad, I was expecting it to be a fun movie at least based on its premise but its turns out to be boring with a bunch of lazy cliches and a pretty poor resolution that boils down to a victory cause the guy bribed more people than the other guy. Cast is filled with some pretty decent names but they are pretty meh, Ben Affleck is not really a good antagonist, JT is ok but his demeanor and actions dont really match up. Overall kind of meh they barely touch on poker or online poker, the big ending is pretty silly and the whole bribery/ponzi scheme seem shoe horned in so that the movie does not need to explain anything. I will say one good thing there is a scene where JT and Gemma Arterton are walking a long a seaside road and the scenery looks amazing other than that 6/10
