Runners, and Yogis: I am looking for your favorite stretch technique, or muscle group to stretch. Teachers, do you have a favorite part of the body to start with for runners in general? This could be a pose, this could be isometrics with in a pose, this could be a joint warm up, a sequence of poses... please feel free to share anything be it a description, a video, a photo! thank you for your contributions :)
