Runners, dont be fooled into thinking you are in perfect cardiovascular shape because you can run miles upon miles! I can run for hours but ask me to jump up and down for a few minutes and I almost pass out! Make sure you are adding variety into your cardio workouts to be in the best shape possible! A 20 minute piyo metric workout would be perfect! Who would be interested in me providing a training video for my favorite plyometric moves?
