Runners...read up. We are NOT doing the Coxheath Mountain tonight... Tonight’s run will be on mountain road for another hill workout. Go Coxheath Road, turn up Mountain Rd and drive approx. 2.5 km’s until you reach a dirt road on the right, Berthelot Crescent. Park on that road. We will meet there at 7:15ish, do a light warm up and then it will be time for some repeats. The hill, or as I call it, “WALL” we will be climbing is on Mountain Road. It is a long/steep hill approximately ½ mile and you climb an elevation of 112 from bottom to top. 5 x 1:00 minute repeats up the hill with a jog down to recover. *These should be at a pace you can run the entire minute without having to stop, but hard enough that it hurts! Rest for water 1-2 full lengths of the entire hill If there is time, we’ll have a surprise for the end.
