As I guessed over a year ago, Hersh states Beghazi was an arms running scheme, a shipping of arms from Libya to Turkey, where they would eventually be transported secretly to the Islamic Syrian rebels fighting Assads forces in Syria. This is a clear violation of the law, since the operation was not authorized by Congress.
