Running an election campaign is a massive team effort. It might be my name and face everywhere, but this wouldnt happen without the support of dedicated volunteers, family and friends. A big thankyou to all the supporters, Nationals members and the campaign committee that helped out over the past nine months. We had over 260 people helping on the day handing out how-to-vote cards, and many people over the campaign have been moving trailers, putting up posters and other support behind the scenes. Thank you for contributing so much of your personal time and energy to the campaign. Hughie and Judie have been an awesome support over the entire campaign. The generosity of their time, advice, hospitality and friendship has greatly assisted me in learning the intracacies of the Lowan electorate. How lucky have I been having a mentor like Hughie! A gentleman, whom has acted with decency, respect, integrity and dignity throughout. Sincere thanks for your contribution to Lowan over many years. My family are amazing. Mum and Dad, thankyou so much for your endless love and support, and especially for helping with our little man over the past weeks. Tim - you are a great husband and father to Harvey. Thank you for maintaining your positivity and support throughout, no matter what was thrown at us. My lovely friends have been amazing too. Im so lucky to be surrounded by great people that keep me grounded and moivated to make a difference. Most importantly, to the great people of Lowan, thank you for taking the time to get to know me, for sharing your stories and insights of the local area, and for sharing your concerns and fabulous ideas on how we can build a bright future right here in Lowan. There are still many votes to count, but hopefully we have a result soon. Thanks again, Emma
