Running behind this morning but here is a quote from Max Lucado about Temptation I stand from a mirror and see the face of a person who failed ...who failed his maker . Again . I promises I wouldnt,but did. If this was the first time ,it would be different.but it isnt. How many times can one fall and expect to be caught ? Your eyes look in the mirror and see a sinner,a failure ,a promise breaker . But God sees a robed prodigal bearing the ring of grace on your finger and the kiss of your father on your face. Your eyes see fault,your faith sees your savior. Your eyes see guilt .your faith sees his blood. Father when we confront temptation when we stand face to face with evil we pray that you would give us strength and that you would use your power to block the path of evil. We praise your son Jesus name Amen.2 Peter 2:9 So the lord knows how to save those who sever him when troubles come.
