Running demands a complex performance from the diaphragm - keeping your core stable as you continually move, and breathe constantly in response to a changing demand as you tire and as your terrain changes - up hill, down hill, sprint to the finish.. It makes sense to strengthen and train your diaphragm for sports performance. Equally important to ease out and relax the diaphragm fully after sport.
