Running my own business, punching the clock during the graveyard shift, writing a book, preparing for college, handling fatherly responsibilities, and trying to finish parole can wear a brother down sometimes (I will be done this March by the way). I still press on everyday with the understanding that I have to be clear on what I want because thats where my motivation comes from when the road gets rough. I have gotten sidetracked, railroaded, and stonewalled by so many things, yet the understanding I have of why I do what I do makes everything crystal clear. You know what keeps me pushing? What keeps my humility intact? I understand that my purpose and my cause is greater than my ego.
