Running on fumes...I need to regroup! - Months of planning, and then Hosted the Desert Mountain Annual Conference August 25-31, 2014 - Went on a Ministers Marriage retreat September 3-4 in Malibu, CA. - Hosted a Leadership retreat meeting on September 13, 2014. - Months of planning for the Waller High School Class Reunion 2014 (classes from 1964-1979), attending the most fabulous Reunion event EVER! Got to spend time with family, and even got to preach a word! September 18-23, 2014 in Chicago, IL. - Returned on the 23rd to prepare for Rod Lasleys surgery, which he had on the 24th. Praise God all went well. Moved into Caregiver role. - Officiated a 50th Wedding Anniversary Vow renewal ceremony on Saturday, September 27th. Rehearsal on the 26th. - Amazing worship and great Word at Greater Bethel A.M.E. Church - Phoenix, AZ on Sunday, September 28th, followed by a Back to Church picnic in the park. - Did I mention that I am now Nurse Lasley? So grateful to the Comfort Keepers - Chandler/Maricopa/Tempe staff for holding it together in my absence! If someone catches up with me, hold me until I can catch up with myself.
