Running or working out while you are having a baby is great for you and building up stamina for the birth... Great to get Dad to be involved to!! - I ran up to 7 months and swam the final 2 months before the birth of my son! - I am sure thats why the weight came off within 9 months after- visit missrunriot for my latest blogs and fitness needs ( always check with your GP with regards to any fitness programme, especially if you are expecting a baby! )
