Running the numbers: Hexproof 21 total 12 out 9 in 59 packs 2.8 ppe Affinity 21 total 15 out 6 in 46 packs 2.2 ppe Delver 15 total 10 out 5 in 35 packs 2.3 ppe MBC 13 total 10 out 3 in 23 packs 1.8 ppe UR Fiend Aggro 12 total 7 out 5 in 30 packs 2.5 ppe Burn 8 total 5 out 3 in 23 packs 2.9 ppe UB Control (all builds) 7 total 4 out 3 in 18 packs 2.6 ppe RUG Tron 6 total 2 out 4 in 24 packs 4.0 ppe Esper Sage 6 total 3 out 3 in 23 packs 3.8 ppe Stompy 4 total 2 out 2 in 12 packs 3.0 ppe Goblins 4 total 3 out 1 in 11 packs 2.8 ppe W Tokens 4 total 3 out 1 in 6 packs 1.5 ppe UG Turbofog 3 total 2 out 1 in 6 packs 2.0 ppe Gr Stompy 2 total 1 out 1 in 6 packs 3.0 ppe UR Control 2 total 1 out 1 in 6 packs 3.0 ppe 1-of 3-1s: R Pingers, UR Delver Faeries 0-pack rogues (22): 3x MUC, 3x UR Fiend Control, 2x Golgari Torture, 2x Infect, B Zombies, Boros Kitty, Elves, G Beasts, G Ramp, RUG Pingers, RW Heroic Auras, UW Control (Acid), UW Inside Out Combo, UW Pauper Caw Blade, UW Rhystic Tron, W Heroic. So. Esper Sage is actually edged out by RUG Tron for best results. Both decks have been putting up pretty consistent results. The most popular decks are Hexproof and Affinity, with Delver trailing but once again putting up reasonable results now that it no longer has a big target drawn on it. I dont really like Hexproof as a deck, but it really has had two very good weeks. Im a bit surprised that MBC hasnt edged back up more with all of those Hexproof decks to edict to death, but its the only top deck to deliver a subpar return. UR Fiend Control has been nearly hated out of the format - the lack of counterspells hurts when youre dealing with decks full of things that cant be flame slashed away.
