Running this afternoon, Ive not run before on a Monday but after a very challenging driving pupil (see previous post) I just needed to go and get rid of the stress! Its too hot to run really, 86 and no wind, and it didnt take long for all the energy to run out. But theres part of the route which goes uphill, before this Ive always had to walk up but this time I ran up :) muscles are building up, hope the fat comes off too...
