Running with this one today... Completely filled with GRATITUDE this morning as I prepare to run alongside some amazing women...Especially grateful to run with my mom. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ When my legs start to feel heavy, I will think about all that Mia has overcome in this past year, and all that weve overcome as a family. I will think about all of the people, near and far, who rallied behind us. Family members and friends who sent meals. The letters, notes, texts, cards... All of the positive energy and prayers that were sent our way. I will think about Mias nurses and doctors, and all of the staff in the CICU--for saving our daughters life, for guiding us, supporting us, teaching us, respecting us, and for embracing our hope and prayers that she would heal. And heal she has, with her sisters at her side. Feeling so blessed. Today I run with GRATITUDE because this is so much bigger than me.
