Runt Hogg update Im trying to chase down 10xs body weight @ 132 for UPA Nationals in April. Ive had a couple setbacks, but I think my SI joint problem is getting better as I tied my Deadlift PR today 507 after completing my work sets. I also hit a 315 bench and squat 398x6 reps (projected 462 max). I injured/pulled my R TFL the set after the 398x6 so if any one has any experience/advice for rehabbing injured TFLs I would greatly appreciate it :) Happy lifting Hoggs!
