Rushcutters Bay Strength & Conditioning Sessions. (limited positions available) NEXT TUESDAY i will start to hold fitness sessions on Tuesday and Thursday AMs before work for a 3 month block. Im looking for a new crew of committed people to join the ranks. You dont have to be an athlete, you just need to possess the want for results . The sessions are periodised for a 3month period, to prepare those bodies/fitness for summer. It will be hard work, but worth every minute. - Sessions will begin at 6am (depending on demand for particular time). - It is not crucial to attend both sessions, but is if your require certain results. Sessions include: - Interval and tabata training techniques - Kettlebell strength and conditioning - Mobility and flexibility routines - Met-con (crossfit) style workouts - Team and partner strategy workouts - body weight control (i.e.)handstands) - Speed and power training - Movement Techniques - Boxing - Core training - Injury prevention techniques (i.e. glute activation with bands) - Cont. Sessions are suitable to people who possess any of these goals: - Weight loss or improvement in body composition - Increase in fitness (VO2max) - Strength development - Speed development - Improvements in coordination, balance and proprioception - Increase in flexibility and mobility (for injury prevention) - Looking for fun, a challenge and a good time - Improved cardiac health and disease prevention - Cont.
