Russ update : night visit ICU 09/15. Sorry guys about being slow to post but Russ is being weaned off sedation and not liking it too well! He has been a Wild thang. bucking bronco or whatever the nurse of the hr is attending him... Since he is not tolerating the decrease in sedation. They have turned it back up to 14 mg of versed an hour!!!! He still follows simple commands and even SAID I love you to me today verbally with a non speaking trach in!! Made me cry!! Prayers for a calmer tomorrow and an answer on how to get him awake and alert!! Love yall !!
