Russell Bucklew, convicted of killing a Cape Girardeau, Mo. man in - TopicsExpress

Russell Bucklew, convicted of killing a Cape Girardeau, Mo. man in 1996, was supposed to be executed Wednesday, but Americas highest court put a stop to it. Missouris secrecy over where and how it got the execution drug it planned to use is the source of the stay of execution. Bucklew would have been the first person executed since a botched execution that resulted in an Oklahoma man dying of a heart attack after a collapsed vein. Question: Does Missouri owe an explanation as to where the state gets the execution drug? Does it even matter?
