Russia is no law state anymore, it has become almost a czar state again. The Marine Court in Hamburg has been asked if Russia is right in holding in captivity ship and crew of Greenpeace. Russia would be right if Greenpeace would have violated the sovereignty of Russia, and the Marine Court would investigate this. Russia says: Njet, we dont co-operate with the Marine Court (although we undersigned the agreement for the operation of that court) because we already know that Greenpeace violated our sovereignty. I predict the following: 1. If king WA will visit Moscow, czar Putin will do the king a favor by releasing the Greenpeace crew (not the ship) to the Netherlands. 2. If the king will not visit Moscow, this would be taken as an offense to Russian hospitality and the crew will be held in prison. Other economic measures will follow.
