Russia sells space stuff to Billions to USA and EU (European Space Agency ESA) ---- We all know that the highly unfair and malicious USA and EU sanctions against Russia are heavily backfiring in the own neck in USA and EU - but now surprisingly both USA and EU are making huge space program purchases from Russia. But why on earth are the sanctions broken in space? Obviously, USA and EU cannot simply do without Russian technology. Or then cosmos is really uniting people and nations? Or perhaps Russia is just selling stuff that is not necessary anymore for the ultra-modern and secret Russian space programs. It was just announced that USA signs a huge $ 1 Billion deal to buy 60 Russian powerful space rocket engines. EU again, will use Russian made Rockot (Rumble) space launch vehicles in the European Space Agency (ESA) programs. Three European Sentinel-satellites will be launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome near Archangelsk in Northern Russia this and next year. Russian rocket maker Energia has signed a $1 billion deal with U.S. space firm Orbital Sciences to deliver 60 RD-181 Russian rocket engines to the U.S., Energia said in a press release Friday. The deal comes two months after an Antares rocket using a Russian engine exploded above a NASA launch pad in Virginia. But far from abandoning Russian gear, Orbital Science — which is contracted to deliver supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) for NASA — will simply switch the Soviet models it had been using for the newer Russian engine. We all know that Russia is the supreme leader in the space race - both in civilian and in very secret military applications - all away from first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the first space dog Laila, first female cosmonaut Tereshkova and all generations of space stations to the Mir-space station, which is now with all the Russian rockets and technology the real basis for the ISS. And there are a lot we do not know about the modern Russian space applications. We will never be told about them in advance, until we see or experience, as a big surprise...
