According to a press release by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies, US and Russian officials met on June 25 at the 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations. infowars... Now before you all go crazy and say blah blah Infowars / Alex Jones just keep on reading for a few seconds. Yes, infowars is well known to hype up things to get views, but usually there is a grain of truth to be gathered if you are willing to look. Yes, FEMA and the Russian Ministry of Emergency has signed agreements in which allows each country to help one another in the case of a declared emergency. en.mchs.ru... There have been other events in the past that create legal precedent for the use of foreign troops on American soil: Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergencies canada... Not to mention the police in the states is vastly becoming a paramilitary unit. So nothing to worry about? What say you?
