Ruth Anne Taber Herrera-Guelcher: Traffic Circle Vent: To the lady in the black Toyota FJ Cruiser about 1:45 pm on 10/1/14; There was no need to honk at me and give me the stop signal with your hand so angrily, I was at a complete stop at the yield sign waiting for you to go by so I could enter the circle. It wasnt even that busy so I am not sure why you were going postal. Thanks for causing undue stress to me by doing that, but rest assured I was had no intention of cutting you off and placing my unborn child at risk. Take a chill pill or dont use the circle.
