Rvd patient with short h/o middle stage dementia, fever since 3 days with cough and greenish sputum, bp on high side this morning, gcs full this morning but is now dropping. CNS finding negative thia morning uptil noon. Twc and plt low, infective screening +igG toxo pending, ct brain this afternoon showed multiple enhancement rings with evidence of occipital and cerebellar edema at . Renal and liver function normal, cxr normal. Echo not done. On this evening noted sudden drop of gcs. Differential dx?
