Ryan Bradley Smith of Mount Pleasant, Texas passed away Saturday December 20, 2014 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at 26 years if age. He was born June 27, 1988 in Mount Pleasant, Texas. He was employed by the Buckner Company as a crane director. Ryan leaves his parents, Ronnie and Donna Blalock of Mount Pleasant, Texas and Brad Smith of Paris, Texas; grandparents, Mavis Buchanan and Terri Blalock both of Mount Pleasant, Texas, and Jerry and Peggy Smith of Paris, Texas; great grandmother Sally Clark of Mount Pleasant, Texas; sisters, Whitney and her husband Steven Barsalou of Plano, Texas, Kaitlin Blalock of Tyler, Texas, Madison Blalock of Mount Pleasant, Texas and Chloe Mallory of Paris, Texas; niece, Mallory McFarland of Plano, Texas; special friend, Heather Fitzsimmons; aunts and uncles, Russell and Robin Phiggins of Paris, Texas, Jay and Penny Smith of Krum, Texas, and Cari and Lance Johnson of Paris, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Buchanan and Wayne Blalock; great grandparents, U.A. and Cleo Dyke, Bea and Brad Benny, Nadine and Sam Haberlin. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Interment will follow at the Gladewater Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:00 to 2:00 prior to service.
