We, Sovereign Haiti Initiative, have abstained from the crisis between the Dominican Republic and Haiti for far too long for many reasons... 1). Often than not we, Haitians, only see matters when they are sensational. 2). Some only call unity when it conveniently satisfies their individual egos. 3). We hardly see matters through with adequate long term plans and strategies.
