S.J Res 19 has overwhelming support by Democrats to change the 1st amendment of the Constitution. Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. What Part of do not mess with this amendment do the Democrats not understand?
