Only Neuter or Spay will stop the endless cycle of animals being born to suffer needlessly! Mission 3, fundraiser for the village of Suplac. The small villages often have no vet whatsoever, and if there is a vet, he/she is often unskilled in spay/neuter. We need to reach as much of Romania as possible, and return to these locations for follow up, to stop the endless cycle of unwanted births. Please join this campaign and make a huge difference!
