S.S. (Sandra Seegars) is the first candidate to file over 500 signatures to obtain ballot access in the upcoming Special Election on April 28, 2015. S.S. said, “I am well on my way to becoming the next Councilmember for Ward 8.” “It is always difficult collecting legitimate signatures when 50% or more of the residents are not registered to vote. My campaign workers and I stayed the course and was not distracted by other candidates and candidate’s supporters. We will maintain a serious approach to this crowded race and be victorious.
