SA, must be the only country in the continent that one has to get a certificate to prove one is black. Ones first & last name or the colour of the skin that covers our flesh is simply NOT feasible. Only a piece of paper called the BEE certificate can really certify you as black no wonder today we sitting with fronting cases!!! Whoever came up with this BEE bull shit must have gone to school with the white collar thief expert who came up with the e-toll system...Pity the dark skinned government of ours are the donkeys to looting the same black people whom by the way still are the least beneficiaries of our countries economy. The blacks they should be protecting!!! The past 20yrs of our democracy are a monument of the socio-economic injustices & divisions in our country...na ungezwa the Europeans are now stealing or enriching themselves at our expense with a blessing from the ANC government think e-tolls & BEE certificates.
