SA students JAC to file case against Kodanda Hyderabad, July 14: Samaikhya Andhra Youth, Students JAC honorarypresident A Kishore Kumar on Sunday said they would file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court against Telangana Political JAC Chairman Prof. Kodandaram for not attending to his duties for the last sixyears. Speaking to the media here, Kishore Kumar said Prof Kodandaram, who isan employee of Osmania University, has been drawing salary and not attending to his duties for the last sixyears by making himself busy with agitations. The son of Prof. Kodandaram, who was leading Telangana agitation here, was doing job in America, he added. “We would file a PIL in the High Court against Prof. Kodandaram”, he added. He also proposed a joint round table of Telangana Students JAC and Samaikhya Andhra Students JAC to resolve the issue and make an appealto the youth and students not to commit suicides. He reminded that the emotional students were resorting to extreme step in both theregions. Not a single member of political leaders’ families committed suicide for the cause of Telangana. Some political parties have assured to allot a seat to mother of Srikantha Chary, who had committed suicide for Telangana, in the elections, but not implemented it, he pointed out. Kishore claimed that Andhra Pradesh had dropped to 15th place in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the country due to agitations in both Telangana and Seemandhra regions. “I will also go on fast-unto death, which was planned by Samaikhya Andhra Samithi from July 20 at IndiraPark in Hyderabad”, he added. Fast unto death Samaikhya Andhra Samithi State president G Kumara Chowdari Yadav has said they would launch fast-unto-death on July 20 at Indira Park. Irrespective of political parties, Seemandhra political leaders, who were supporting agitation for united Andhra Pradesh would also participate in the program, he added.“We were also planning for a Samaikhya Andhra public meeting in Nizam College Grounds in July. We have a right to conduct meeting in Hyderabad, which was capital of Andhra Pradesh”, he informed.
