SABBATH GUEST Just last night my son told me In Bible law he’d read Sabbath was a time reserved To talk of God instead Of any other gods around. Oh, what joy that this was found! Jesus is the Sabbath Guest And He is the very best One to talk and think about: Perfect cure for sin and doubt. He’s Creator of the stars And all worlds, including Mars. He’s Sustainer of all suns Galaxies He Builds and Runs. Universe’s God so kind, Sabbath’s Lord, You made the mind. When I think of You I find You’re the Only God of Life, You’re The Answer to sin’s strife. You’re The Only One All-Wise You’re my life’s most treasured Prize.
