SACRAMENTO, Cal. (May 30, 2013) – The California Assembly approved a bill to stop the federal “indefinite detention” powers under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in California. The bill, that essentially says ‘not here,’ now moves on to the State Senate for concurrence. The final vote was 71-1. Wow, even California is starting to see that Obama has no respect for individual rights
