SAD NEWS : I had a text from the owners daughter of Meg,our oldest Oggie friend and all afternoon I couldnt bring myself to read it fearing the worse. It was as I suspected and I have to say Meg crossed to rainbow bridge this morning. She lost Ben her younger brother just a few weeks ago and was missing him dreadfully and just gave up this morning so her family said their goodbyes. At 19 years (133 human years) she had a wonderful long life and a loving family. My heart goes out to their mum who has now lost both her dogs in the space of weeks but she is going to be looking after her daughters dog for a while to make sure there is a dog in the home to help her in the grieving process. I will miss my visits to Meg and her mum and her daughters help with Megs nails - not the best part of my job saying goodbye but so pleased I could help over the past year or so. Ive chosen the pumpkin hat picture of Meg as it is almost Halloween so was this time last year and then one of the last picture I have of her...RIP Meg xx
