SAD STORY OF MY SONY Z1 PART II hi...sir As per your suggestion i visited service center today i.e 12/11/2014. i know i am late because because i was having my engagement in that same week ,so i was out of town and followed by my Store Opening was there( I Can give you proof also sir if you people dont trust and but i mail you on same day i have collected my phone on 27/10/2014 evening around 7 and i mailed you people around 10o clock same evening ) ,Now they are saying me no this is not from our side i.e your Camera is not damaged from our side , u have to check when you phone is collecting by , sir you tell my phone was having only problem of screen damaged after one month they where returning my phone without any repair tho condition should be same na ...! when i collected my phone i started and it was working but was formatted all .but i have not taken picture from camera to check and that was not in mind at all because when i submitted my phone that time my phone was properly working only screen was damaged that to half screen also working , camera also in good condition because i have was using camera after phone was cracked also. Today i told them i mail Sony support on same day about my camera damaged when i collected my phone(27/10/2014) and i have record and copy with me so you cant say i m late to inform , i shown them the copy of our mail conversion .Still they are not ready to accept so what should i do sir , So now my phone is dead i have to say now with in one year not worth to buy 45000 phone of sony They said we dont care what mail between u and them we least brother , we cant help you . I said them i will take some serious action against this , they rudely say do whatever u want to. They also said jisko apni mail kiya hai unse he baat karo then i replied madam this is the mail with giving the copy of this mail , madam they told me in mail contact to you so please tell me what to do ....they told me no we not going except my phone . Now tell me phone submitted(29/09/2014) for repairing of screen damaged i rejected because 24000k was quotation for screen that not acceptable by me because same model is available in 30000k brand new by Sony itself ,It was simple decision from my side . After rejecting my was getting return after one month (i.e includes n-numbers of calls , 7 visit to Service Centre Metal Tech Andheri Mumbai, Three hours a day i spent ) then finally got my phone back on 27/10/2014 wiht what Camera Damaged which out of focus and taking blurr pictures , and they are not ready to accept So now my phone is not use anymore , with in one year, i my whole life this types of worst service i never faced and now i got 4 to 5 people with me which having similar problem with Metal Tech Sony India and they are ready to support and take against Sony Service Centre Now i m going take legal action on them .....
