SAFETY FIRST !!! Recently i had the privilage of unwillingly testing the safety of my aerolid, i was blasting a local technical hill with a few friends and ended up sliding out on a particularly fast right hander for the day. I hit a street light and suffered multiple seizures and a few bruized ribs, thanks to the quick response by my friends i was in good care in a few minutes. After various scans and tests the doctor said i was extremely lucky i was wearing that funny darth vader helmet as it saved both my shoulders and neck from possible breakage, the purpose of this post is to encourage research by possible buyers into materials and core composition and to be aware of what is safest! Luckily for me i was wearing one of the safest lids around, i have personaly seen John Upham test and research various materials to make his helmets the safest, lightest and dope looking lids around hands down ! My helmet stood up to the blow extremely well and due to the flexablility of the fairing, i am send this message so... To John Upham and the wonderful creations of safety and speed you create under the name Boardyard i give you the biggest thanks and i owe you big ! Thanks for keeping myself and the skating family safe ! Peace
