SAGE Support Officer A leading Pharmaceutical industries Company is expressing the interest to hire competent candidate to fulfill the following position Job title:SAGE Support Officer Reports to:Sudan IT Supervisor Department:IT Location:Sudan. Snapshot of duties: Communicating with process owners and end users to obtain and process necessary requirements Supervising the installation and configuration of SAGE ERP X3 modules. -Administering the provision of technical support and troubleshooting to the end users regarding issues related to the SAGE ER X3 functionalities . - Reviewing and approving all documentation regarding issues raised to the function and the actions taken in response - Participating in the development and provision of in-house training courses for end users regarding the functionalities provided by the SAGE ERP X3 modules - Supervising the Master Data Management )MDM( processes including the establishment of SAGE ERP X3 Master Data. -Administering the documentation of the developed SAGE ERP X3 modules for future reference and audit. - Following up on the unresolved issues regar the SAGE ERP X3modules6 as well as recommending on actions to be taken in case of inability to achieve resolution internally. -Supporting and sustaining théin4lemented SAGE ERP X3 modules By conducting routine testing and repairs associated with regular system Participating in the development of the function’s work plan; Distributing and following up on work activities projects and programs monitoring work floِw and reviewing work methods and procedures -Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the functions -Communicate with third party support contractor the 2nd level and 3rd level support issues and ensure to maintain issue log between the company and the contractor Education Minimum: B.Sc. degree in Information Technology or a relevant functional field Experiences Minimum: )2( years of experience in SAGE ERP X3 modules implementation and Support or other ERP’S Oracles Microsoft Dynamics or Great Plains etc..
