They are seeking a dynamic candidate to manage the entire office administration & sales reporting of the Cape Town branch. We are looking for a well organised person, someone with previous Internal Sales Admin experience, having worked closely with a Sales Team. This is not necessarily a position that requires staff management responsibility, but it does include working closely with the sales team and overseeing the administration within. Job Requirements: Matric is essential. At least 5 years relevant experience within a Sales Manager related role. Must have previously managed the Sales Administration for a sales team including Sales Reporting, Invoicing, Client Services. Previous Sales experience / Sales Management is essential Be fully computer literate – Previous exposure to Accpacc is ideal Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have own reliable transport Job Duties: Attaining Branch targets and formulating reports on deliverables Implementing and maintaining sales strategies Motivating and developing sales reps to reach branch targets and budgets Maintaining close contact with reps on weekly reporting Recruiting of new sales rep when necessary Training of new and existing reps on product knowledge and client service standards Performance management of individuals Management of Sales Department – administration and clients Resolving Customer queries and complaints Reviewing returned goods Ensuring all relevant information regarding department is forwarded to GM APPLY WITH YOUR MOVE PERSONNEL (PTY) LTD - TODAY!
