Bulgarian is an advantage 5. Driving license (travel in Romania and abroad) Responsibilities 1. Market research and competitive analysis 2. Identify key potential customers 3. Carry out meetings, product presentations, sales negotiations, and close deals 4. Participate in hiring and training of regional sales representatives 5. Manage the regional sales representatives 6. Establish relations with local partners (companies, agriculture organizations, etc.) 7. Plan promotions, campaigns, participation in trade fairs, seminars, etc. 8. Report to the Sales Director (based in Bulgaria) About company MicroAccount is specialised in agriculture software and hardware systems. Our own brand – agro-office – consists of several software products: • Agro Office Maps – specialised mapping software for agriculture; • Agro Office GPS – real-time GPS tracking system for agriculture machinery; • Agro Office Cultivation – agriculture record keeping software; • Agro Office Mobile – FREE mobile mapping, scouting and GPS tracking application for Android / Apple iOS smartphones and tablets. We design and develop our products ourselves, working closely with our customers and partners. We also sell and install GPS tracking devices and GPS navigation systems by John Deere (Green Star), Müller Elektronik, Topcon, Trimble, Leica, Garmin, and others, with which our software is fully compatible. Our customers get a complete solution, which increases their profits by lowering their operating costs. We are based in Varna and have several hundred customers in Bulgaria.
