SAMPSON FLAT bushfire update: Watch and Act CFS advises that a bushfire at Sampson Flat in the Mount Lofty Ranges near One Tree Hill, Humbug Scrub, Parra Wirra Recreation Park, Mount Crawford, Kersbrook, Birdwood, Gumeracha, Kenton Valley, Cudlee Creek area and Inglewood may threaten your safety. The Sampson Flat fire is continuing to burn and cause concern in the following areas: Watts Gully area near South Para Road and Deloraine Road. The Cuddle Creek area between Gorge Road and Torrens Valley Road. The Cudlee Creek Road near Paracombe Road and Torrens Hill Road. The fire is burning in a Southerly direction. The entire perimeter of the Sampson Flat fire may have active hotspots. The uncontrolled fire is burning in scrub and grass. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan and prepare for a bushfire in your area. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safe place.
